Privacy

The zemium service is operated by 7971800 Canada Inc., based in Montréal, Québec, Canada (“zemium”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

What we collect

We collect three kinds of information:

Waitlist emails. The email address you give us when you join the waitlist.

SMS opt-in data.When you consent to receive appointment texts, we record your mobile phone number, the exact consent text shown to you at the time, the version of that consent language, the timestamp of your consent, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. We keep this record because it is the evidence that you agreed to be texted.

Contact-form submissions. If you write to us, we keep your name, email address, and message.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver the appointment notifications you asked for, to prove that you consented to receive them (a legal requirement for SMS messaging programs), and to respond to you when you contact us. We do not send marketing SMS of any kind.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (data storage), and Cloudflare (content delivery). Each is engaged under data-processing terms that bind them to safeguard your information and use it only to provide their service to us.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or lead-generation purposes.

How long we keep it

Consent records are retained for as long as required to prove consent under applicable law. Where the law allows, we will delete your information on request.

Your rights

Under Québec's Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@zemium.app. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information is reachable at the same address.
