What zemium is

zemium is a notification delivery service for appointment-based businesses. When a business you work with uses zemium, appointment messages are sent to you on that business's behalf.

Acceptable use

zemium may only be used to send transactional appointment messages — confirmations, reminders, and cancellations. Marketing messages and any prohibited content are not permitted. We may suspend any sender that breaks this rule, without notice.

For recipients

Reply STOP (or ARRET) at any time to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP (or AIDE) for assistance. Message frequency varies with your bookings, and message and data rates may apply. Full program details are published at the SMS program page.

Accounts & fees

Businesses that use zemium are billed per our published pricing, plus applicable taxes, on a monthly basis with no fixed-term contract.

No warranty; liability

We do not warrant that carriers will deliver every message. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of zemium is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. zemium is operated by 7971800 Canada Inc.
